Luxebysofi LLC exclusively ships to addresses within the United States.

Delivery Timeline

Because our items are hand-picked in Italy and imported directly for you, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

• Processing: Orders are processed once the item is secured in Italy.

• Transit: Shipping involves international transit from Europe followed by domestic delivery within the US.

Customs & Import Clearances

All items are imported from Europe. While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, customs clearance is a regulatory process that is completely unpredictable.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by US Customs and Border Protection or other regulatory agencies.

• No Guarantees: Because of the potential for customs inspections, we have no way of guaranteeing specific delivery dates. We appreciate your patience as we bring your luxury finds across the Atlantic.

Tracking

Once your package clears customs and enters the domestic mail stream, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its final progress to your door.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Luxebysofi LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your luxury shipment. please insure your packages.
